Contractors build a new turnout near East Belle Ayr Junction on the Orin Line south of Gillette, Wyoming, on May 4, 2007. To lessen delays to trains, the turnout and switch are completed near where it is needed and installed as a finished unit, much like snap track on a model railroad.
