| It is common knowledge to any observer of rail activity in New Jersey that for some reason NJ Transit puts restrictors in the horns of their locomotives and cab cars. However, there are quite a few of them roaming the rails that are unrestricted. Pictured here is NJT 4515 with an unrestricted horn as it leads this High Bridge bound Raritan Valley Line train through White House on a beautiful, but extremely hot October evening. |
