| GREENWOOD BRANCH local pulls through a sag on its way to Loyal. The line mostly straight but not flat originally started as a cutoff to reduce the mileage between the Twin Cities and Stevens Point but never made it past Greenwood where it connected with the Fairchild and North-Eastern which passed through Willard where I was born.
