| N&W GP9 648 leads a westbound GP9-C425-GP9-GP30 combination on the former Wabash mainline across the C&O at Romulus, Michigan. We had stopped in the tower (obscured by the train) to find out if there were any trains coming soon, but were told that nothing was coming for an hour. Just as we were about to get back in our car, the tower operator came out of the door and yelled that a train was coming in 5 minutes.
