Amtrak's train 4, the eastbound Southwest Chief, departed Gallup, New Mexico, 42 minutes late on the morning of August 15th, 2015. One of the carrier's specially painted 40th Anniversary engines, P42DC 156 (wearing the "Phase I" scheme) is on the headend (along with P42DC 169) as the 10-car train heads through East Gallup on its journey from Los Angeles CA to Chicago IL.
