Precious Cargo. Amtrak Train 30 (Capital Limited) was entrusted with the final leg of the delivery of Amtrak ACS-64 642 (Salutes Our Veterans). On the afternoon of May 18, 2015, it makes the station stop in Martinsburg, West Virginia en route to Washignton DC.
