Remarks & Notes
Three Missouri Pacific SD's wearing three different paint schemes are on a grain train about to meet at Katy train at Elm Mott, TX. The 3rd unit is wearing the "double eagle" scheme with a second eagle on the cab in place of the buzz saw.. Were actually on the MKT here between Tower 55 and Waco. The MKT and MP/TP tore out parallel main track in the early 1960's and shared the same main track between Durant, OK and Waco, TX. The remaining portion of the T&P main south of Fort Worth became the Everman industrial lead which still serves the Miller/Coors Brewery in the Everman Industrial Park.
