A Conrail intermodal train is tied down at Port Newark, NJ on New Years Eve 1993. According to my notes this was TV-10, but that train did not typically operate to Port Newark. It's possible that some international containers were added to TV-10s consist due to the holiday, or this could be TV-204 which operated Selkirk to Elizabethport. This part of the Chemical Coast Secondary has changed a lot over the years with yard tracks to the open area at right and the new Expressrail terminal in operation just to the south of this location. The last unit in the consist, a Santa Fe C30-7, is what brought the photographers out on this sunny, cold morning.
