The Wakefield-bound (2) train approaching West Farms Square-East Tremont Avenue as it makes the S-curve from 174th Street at the start of NYC's Phase 2 re-opening from COVID-19 lockdown. This was one of the stations that were a part of the first elevated subway extension to East 180th Street (1904 by el trains, 1905 by the IRT subway itself) that was extended further northwards in the late-1910s. This area of the borough has seen some re-development as of recent years.
