Burlington Northern GP15-1 #1399, one of 25 former Frisco GP15-1's on the roster, in East Thomas Yard. #1399 was built September 1977 as Frisco #124, the last unit of a 25 unit order and later became Burlington Northern Santa Fe #1499.
