| A pair of CMQ SD40-2F's lead CP 143 towards Buffalo, the talks between London and the crew were to wye or switch out the consist as the CMQ's were not PTC equipped. But due to other power related issues CSX granted exception to the CPR and the barns stayed leading the rest of the way to Chicago. |
