Remarks & Notes
"Veteran's Electric at Westchester Ave" Amtrak Veteran's ACS-64 #642 pulls Regional 157 west under the abandoned NYW&B Westchester Ave Station on Amtrak's Hell Gate Line. Westchester Ave Station was designed by Cass Gilbert & completed using terra cotta detailing in 1908. Service ceased in 1937, but due to the way the station was constructed, it still remains today, suspended over Amtrak's Hell Gate Line which is a small section of the Northeast Corridor.
