Old Oak Common depot, in London, held an open weekend, Railfan event, in August 2000. 2 days after this, preserved Irish Rail C231 is being loaded onto a lorry (truck) ready for it`s journey home. Very unusual to see Irish locos in England, although many were built there and some were scrapped there.Ireland uses 5 feet 3 inch gauge track.
