Remarks & Notes
The NS 4001 and NS 4000 "DC to AC" units lead the NS 756 south at Rocky Mount to Belews Creek Steam Station. The Winston-Salem District was used extensively by NS to test these Conversion units, making many trips between Roanoke and Belews Creek Steam Station on coal drags.
