We're standing on the old PRR grade above Port Clinton for a view of the Reading Company Technical & Historical Society's GP30/C630-powered railfan weekend special returning from Tamaqua. The location is at the confluence of the Schuylkill River (being crossed by the train) and the Little Schuylkill River, which is in view.
