TRANS EUROP EXPRESS RAe TEE II # 1053 of SBB Historic, built in 1961 and based in Olten, made a two days visit on the Gotthard line on the occasion of the "GotthardBahnTage". The iconic train is crossing the 53 meter high and 127 meter long Chärstelenbach bridge. This bridge was rebuilt in steel/concrete between 1970 and 1972.
