With the Amtrak powered swapped off the AAPRCO special, the Vermont Rail System will take over commands of the train before they head for North Bennington, VT. Meanwhile, Amtrak 145 & 100 will lead four additional Private Cars back to Albany, NY for the RailExeco charter.
