An unusual event occurred on board Webb Rail former New York Central Railroad Budd built Pullman obs/diner/sleeper "Babbling Brook" (WEBX 800007), which held the markers for Amtrak 238(23) from Albany-Rensselaer, New York to New York Moynihan Station on October 23, 2021. The ceremony was performed a bit south of CP 25 on the Hudson Line, near Tarrytown, New York.
