Island Living

Situated in the middle of the Ohio River near Pittsburgh, Neville Island is the home of the Pittsburgh & Ohio Valley Railroad as well as several heavy industries that had their own switchers. Here, a Vulcan Materials Porter 45-Tonner moves some cars on the island.
