Thirty-Eights. On January 31, 2021, Indiana Harbor Belt 3861 (SD38-2) and 3801 (GP38-2) were crossing the Grand Calumet River in Calumet, East Chicago, Indiana during a nice snow storm. IHB has kept its color palette relatively simple but classy, with the majority of its fleet being orange on black or black on orange.
