Passing The Poplar. On August 2, 2021, Webb Rail's former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built Pullman dome 313 (WEBX 801044) and former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built dome/coach 549 (WEBX 801045) held the markers on Amtrak's Empire Builder (Train 7/27) as it crossed the Poplar River in Poplar, Montana.
