Remarks & Notes

The lightning stripe paint scheme on Delaware & Hudson RS11 5003 is oozing through the solid blue paint job that covered it up about seven years before this photo was taken. Another first-generation road switcher, Boston & Maine GP9 1825, is teamed with the veteran Alco to switch D&H’s East Binghamton, New York.
