BNSF Railway train O-SBDTOP1-23, powered by Anniversary ES44AC 6017 (1/10th of the fleet of BNSF Anniversary engines), is about to crest the Summit of Cajon Pass as it heads back to Topeka after spending 27 or so days in southern California. This truncated version of the train that arrived on January 27th departed nearby San Bernardino and is taking its cars back to the shop for cleaning, maintenance and removal of all the "foam" they were subjected to by railfans in the southland for all this time.
