Storm Looming. While it is still sunny in the foreground, the horizon has a frightening tinge in Deming, New Mexico on July 19, 2020. Just before the rain started, Webb Rail's former New York Central Railroad Budd built Pullman obs/diner/sleeper "Babbling Brook" (WEBX 800007) and former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built Pullman dome/sleeper 313 (WEBX 801044) departed Deming station while holding the markers for Amtrak Train 1 (Sunset Limited). In the background sit engines of the Southwestern Railroad, some showing their recent BNSF heritage.
