Conrad Yelvington's Sanford ops can either be serviced by CSXT or they can do it themselves, in terms of swapping empties for loads as this particular tangent is still CSXT, not CFRC, so they only need to notify CSXT. Today, as the CSX crews are off (Saturday), they are taking care of it as they always used to. They are dragging loads down to their dumper/shaker. They used to keep the engine in a somewhat photo-friendly spot, but with the chance of CSXT showing up while they aren't around, it's put further away along a treeline, which is actually closer to public ROW, ironically.
