Not yet completed double-decker six-car train RABe 512 # 001 from StadlerRail for SBB, in the outside track of Stadler Rheintal's St.Margrethen plant. SBB ordered 60 of these trains for interregional service in April 2021. It is a further development of the RABe 511, which is in service for the S-Bahn in the Zurich area and on various routes for Regio Express traffic. These new trains are part of the long-distance service and will be fitted with appropriate interior equipment. In the foreground, a Robot Flex from Vollert, a battery powered remote controlled shunting vehicle for Rail and Road.
