G Train Stops Here.
A Manhattan-bound (G) train led by R160A no. 9428 (Alstom, 2005-2010) is seen at Church Ave Station on the Culver Line. Though stations along the Crosstown and Culver Lines are built for a full-length 10-car train, G service runs 5-car consists, half the length of a full NYC subway train, so platforms along the lines have signs marking where G trains stop. At Church Ave this sign takes an additional meaning, as the station is the terminus for (G) service!
