Thunder in the mountains. For two weeks in February, WMSR 1309 was repainted C&O 1309, so for that reason, I'll upload it as such. The purpose of the repainting was for a series of Lerro Photography charters, which sold out a year before the events even took place. This is the site of the "#9 Slide" that put the railroad out of connection with Frostburg in 2016, but opened up a tree tunnel for photos once repaired.
