Remarks & Notes
"Wizards Westbound Through Westchester Ave"

On the evening of May 5th, 2023, Amtrak's Harry Potter wrapped ACS-64 #638 leads Regional train 137 west under the abandoned NYW&B Westchester Ave Station on the Hell Gate Line. 638 is one of four locomotives wrapped to advertise the Broadway show “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child”, which is playing at the Lyric Theatre in New York City.

Westchester Ave Station was designed by Cass Gilbert & completed using terra cotta detailing in 1908. Service ceased in 1937, but due to the way the station was constructed, it still remains today, suspended over Amtrak's Hell Gate Line.
