Warbonnet On The Frisco | Heading north through an s-curve near Garfield, AR on a mostly cloudy Sunday, May 14, 2023 afternoon, an empty grain train cruises up the former Frisco mainline, now owned and operated by the Arkansas & Missouri Railroad. Leading the train is BNSF Dash-9 number 753 - one of the units wearing the classic "Warbonnet" paint scheme - as well as ES44C4 number 7948. This train is headed for Monett, MO where it will return to its native rails and will be handed off to the BNSF Railway.
