Remarks & Notes
Former Rhaetian Railway/Bernina Railway railcar ABe 4/4 # 35 of the Blonay-Chamby Railroad Museum on the Baye de Clarens viaduct with train 31E from Blonay to Chamby museum. This railcar with first and second class was built in 1908 as BCe 4/4 # 10 by SIG, SAAS and MFO for the then independent Bernina Railway. Rebuilt in 1949 with new number # 35 and painted in green/Cream. From 1962 in red color and withdrawn by the RhB in 2010, taken over operational by the Blonay-Chamby. Revision with new paint and more vintage headlights last winter by the volunteers of the BC. The car is BC4 # 22 of the Montreux-Oberland-Bernois (MOB) built 1901, taken over by the BC in 1971. This viaduct will be rebuilt during the next 16 months and change the appearance, so it was the last opportunity to make this picture.
