Remarks & Notes

Alternate History: July 4th at Long Branch station on NJ Transit's North Jersey Coast Line included a meet of two NJ Transit heritage units representing the predecessor railroads that once jointly owned the line (New York & Long Branch Railroad). It gave an interesting sense of what operations on the line might look like today if both the PRR and the CNJ were still in operation.
