Remarks & Notes
Z to A. New York City Transit Authority (NYCTA) R32 (Budd, 1964-1965) and R42 trains (St. Louis Car Co., 1969-1970) are seen at 168th St Station on the IND 8th Avenue Line. The R32 at right is a C service waiting to enter service, and the R42 at left is a special A service making the final revenue service run for the car class, the last few of which had been living out their final year or so running the five daily morning and afternoon peak-hour Z trains.
