| While the rapidly setting sun is still touching the tops of the hills, darkness has already settled in the valley at Chapman, Kentucky as CSX ethanol train B651 rolls south past the C&O signal at CH Cabin. This signal is unique with its attached W light used when weighing coal trains on the scales at Torchlight. |
