UP 8037 is set up elephant style with CNW 6802 & 6851, all SD40-2s, waiting to head a train east from Argo to North Platte, NE. CNW 6802 was the 2nd SD40-2 acquired by CNW as part of a 15 unit order in 1973. It featured the traditional gong bell, green cab, offset logo & white on black number boards. The offset was due to initial placement of vents on the cab side. CNW 6851 represents later purchases with centered logo & black on white number boards. Argo's yard tower is to the right.
