A rare visitor for the BNSF

Western Rail (WRIX) has bought this ex-Canadian National GMD1 switching locomotive, most likely for scrap or surplus parts. The conductor for this evening Everett to Spokane manifest train pointed out this unique locomotive. Unfortunately it was not running as the running boards and upper sides of the hood were dripping with oil.
