Remarks & Notes
A PRR style signal position light stands guard at the Frank R. Lautenberg Rail Station, otherwise known as Secaucus Junction, in Secaucus, NJ. The $450 million dollar hub serves both NJT and Metro North, but generally not Amtrak. Opened on December 15th, 2003, it sits where the Main Line tracks pass under the Northeast Corridor allowing passengers to transfer between trains to and from Hoboken Terminal and trains to and from New York Penn Station.
