Remarks & Notes
L&N U30Cs are at the head of a loaded Harlee Branch coal train on the connection from the mainline, but they wait as the mixed train to Macon departs first. Couple maybe interesting sidenotes: This mixed had a beat-up old coach (170?) behind all that pulpwood, rather than a caboose like the other Camak-based mixed trains had. Also, the rear of the coal train is sitting on a connection between the GARR Atlanta-Augusta main and the Macon line constructed in the late 1960s to expedite coal movements. Camak is a very different place today, as coal and mixed trains are gone, and mainline has been downgraded.
