Remarks & Notes
The West Local powered by Rio Grande GP30 Nos. 3002 and 3006 travels Rocky Spur above an eastbound coal train led by Southern Pacific GE AC4400CW No. 267, that is tied down in Rocky siding, on February 19, 1998. Only four of Rio Grande’s 28 GP30s ever received large billboard lettering on the long hood during repaints.
