| Valentines Day balloons greet the crew and passengers of the California Zephyr as it passes through Tolland, Colorado on the way to the Moffat Tunnel. The sunny skies are deceiving, as the temperature in the Rocky Mountains bottomed out at -13 degrees Fahrenheit, with a wind chill of -30 F due to a 10 mph breeze. |
