| First day of operation of the E 3/3 # 853 of 1890 after almost 12 years today on the Emmental railway line from Sumiswald-Grünen to Wasen im Emmental. The tender locomotive built by SLM Winterthur for the Jura-Simplon Railway (JS) is used by the Bern Steam Railway (Dampfbahn Bern DBB) from the Konolfingen depot. The locomotive is shunting at Sumiswald station on the tracks of the Emmental Railway. |
