An eastbound Chicago Central & Pacific train, led by former Illinois Central Gulf GP10 No. 8134, crosses the mighty Mississippi River at East Dubuque, Illinois, on July 20, 1991. CC&P was formed in late 1985 from several spun off Illinois Central Gulf lines.
