Amtrak's northbound Coast Starlight eases towards Oakland's Jack London Square with a Charger locomotive in the lead, a first for the west coast train. It's only a matter of time before the aging GE P42's are replaced and this unfamiliar scene becomes the normal. www.alexramosphoto.com
