Taking a stroll down 9th street in Columbus, GA, two clean CCH engines (2nd engine #2015) tow 8 cars through traffic and towards the Chattahoochee River.
Today it is pretty busy in Norfolk Souther's DeButts Yard with a lot of car movement. A nice looking EMD-2 packed with 3,000 horsepower works along with a yard slug (NS #865) to build trains.
Operating with a single unit on the point and a mid DPU (CSX #7243), this long 172 car consist keeps moving south with the boss for today, CSX #964 working hard.
