The Millburn station was a great place for watching electric train action back in the 1970s with the old Edison cars still running on the Morris & Essex.
At the time of this photograph this was a Conrail commuter train. It was steam heated and used old streamliner coaches. The FL9 was painted in New York MTA's blue and white scheme.
