Metre gauge 2-4-6-0T Mallet stands infront of broad gauge 2-8-4T No 0182 in the mixed gauge engine yard at Regua. Both engines were built by Henschel & Shn, Kassel, Germany.
A metre gauge brake van stands in isolation in Regua Yard. The tracks of the broad gauge (5ft 6ins) Douro Valley Line can be seen in the foreground.
