A Northern Pacific U boat and SP&S Alco FA2 are at the throat of Yardley waiting to depart westbound.

A very rare Pennsy FM H20-44 leads a set of Alco FA1's up the hill at Gallitzin,PA. Note the downbound train on the adjacent track with at least 6 units.

A pair of Baldwin switchers wait for their next assignment at Yardley yard in Spokane in April 1968. These units didn't last much longer as they were gone the following year.

No doubt about the model number for Northern Pacific 7006D. It was taken at Parkwater Shops in Spokane.
