Led by Santa Fe GE B23-7 No. 6406, Santa Fe’s 102 train, a Chicago to Ft. Madison long distance local, switches the yard at Streator, Illinois, on a sunny April 25, 1987.

Not sure exactly which railroad this was leased to. This was not long after this line became a shortline.
