Was driving along, saw a headlight, whipped the car over to the shoulder, jumped out and grabbed this with no time to spare. The waving engineer and classic C&O signals are pluses in my book!
I was surprised to see this sign back in '96. I understand that the sign is still there, but looking worse for wear and that the classic C&O signals have been replaced.
