GP40 3684 was the first GP40 purchased by the Baltimore & Ohio. Repainted in 2006, it is displayed in the museum parking lot at the head of a short freight train.
The cab of Clinchfield No. 1, former Black Mountain, built in 1882. After being restored and used in excursion service in the 1970s, it was sent to the B&O Museum for exhibit in the 1980s.
